Our Pizza Promise
Coast to Coast Pizza Company was born from a small group of individuals who wanted to offer and serve our community with an amazing tasting pizza and provide our team with a strong and supportive environment in which to work and grow. Along the way, we discovered that mixing fresh, top-notch quality ingredients with a little love and kindness truly makes for a beautiful bounty and a thriving place to work. We strive always to be mindful about treating people right – guests and staff alike. We want to build a better way forward and we believe great food and happy people will lead the way!

Our Flavor Footprint
At Coast to Coast Pizza Company, we blend the authentic flavors of New York and Detroit with the laid-back charm of Marathon, FL. As Veterans and locals, we’re dedicated to serving up not just delicious pies but also an Award Winning, “Best of the FL Keys” Key Lime Pie, all while giving back to our communities. With every slice, we aim to transport our customers on a flavorful journey from Coast to Coast, embodying the spirit of the community, tradition, and excellence.

Why Our Pizza is a Slice of Heaven
• All of our pizzas, calzones and salads are made to order.
• We use old school pizza cooking methods to cook our pizzas, No conveyer ovens here! So, Please Be Patient!
• All pizzas need to be monitored and hand rotated to ensure its cooked properly, with the proper char on the crust, char is not burned.
• Dough is made fresh daily using water from the New York Watermaker, which replicates New York City water, the same water that is used to separate New York pizza from the rest.
• Dough is stored to cold proof for at least 24-72 hours.
• Pizza sauce is made fresh daily to ensure only the freshest tasting sauce is used to top our pizzas and for dipping and slathering on the calzones.
• We only use Grande Cheese, which is shredded and blended in house to ensure the best taste and fresh quality to top our pizzas and to stuff into the calzones.
• Fresh vegetables are delivered daily; prepared and diced to be used on our pizzas, calzones and salads.
• Boar’s Head is the only brand of meat we use to top our salads.
• Salad dressings are made from scratch daily.
• Key Lime Pies are house made daily with an Award Winning, “Best of the FL Keys” Recipe.
